By accessing or using the Favorite Single Mom platform (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site.
To enter as a contestant, you must:
Anyone may vote regardless of eligibility to compete.
Each person may maintain only one contestant account. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The competition is vote-based. Contestants advance through rounds based on the number of votes received. In the event of a tie at the end of a round, the contestant whose profile was created first will advance. Favorite Single Mom reserves the right to modify competition structure, timelines, or prizes at its discretion.
Each person may cast one free vote per day per contestant. Free votes reset at midnight Eastern Standard Time. Purchased votes are in addition to free daily votes.
The following voting activities are strictly prohibited:
Votes identified as fraudulent will be removed. Contestants found to have encouraged or benefited from fraudulent voting may be disqualified.
All purchased vote packs are final and non-refundable once applied to a contestant. Purchases are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card information.
In the event that a competition is cancelled or a contestant is disqualified due to rule violations, purchased votes may not be refunded. Purchased votes do not carry over between competitions.
Current prizes are: 1st Place — $10,000 cash; 2nd Place — Dream vacation; 3rd Place — Magazine feature. Prize values and descriptions are subject to change. Winners have 30 days to claim their prize after notification. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Contestants who advance to Round 2 and beyond receive 20% of the total revenue generated from vote packs purchased on their behalf. Revenue share is calculated at the conclusion of each round and paid within 30 days. Revenue share payments are considered taxable income and contestants are responsible for reporting them.
By submitting content (photos, bio, story) to the Site, you grant Favorite Single Mom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote that content in connection with the competition and our platform. You retain ownership of your content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Favorite Single Mom disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
